Cruise Cabin Size Checker
Look up cabin square footage by cruise line, ship, and category. Honest about what we have verified and what we have not.
How this works
Pick a cruise line, then a ship, then a cabin category. We show verified square footage when we have it and flag "Not published" where we do not, linking directly to the line's official stateroom page so you can confirm before you book.

Frequently asked questions
What are the main cruise cabin categories?
Cruise cabins generally fall into four primary categories: Interior (no window, usually the smallest and cheapest), Oceanview (porthole or picture window, no balcony), Balcony (private outdoor veranda), and Suite (significantly larger, often with concierge perks). Within each category, individual lines use their own marketing names like "Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Verandah" or "Royal Suite."
Why are some cabin square footage values marked "Not published"?
We do not guess numeric values. When a cabin's square footage has not been independently verified against the cruise line's official stateroom page, we mark it "Not published" and link out to the source page rather than invent a number. That protects the integrity of every other value on the site.
How do I find the exact square footage for a specific cabin?
The most authoritative source is always the cruise line's own stateroom page for the specific ship. We link to those sources on every cruise line detail page. Cruise forums and review sites will sometimes publish deck-plan measurements, but the line's official page is the only place to verify a booking-level claim.
Do balcony square footage totals include the balcony itself?
Some cruise lines publish two numbers: the interior stateroom and a separate balcony figure. Others publish a single combined total. We store them as separate fields so both breakouts can be rendered when published. Treat any single figure as "interior only" unless the line explicitly notes that it includes the veranda.
